Egg Yolk - From 4 large eggs
Sugar - ½ (Cup) only
Heavy Cream - 2 (Cups)
Butter-milk (Cold) - 1 ½ Cups
Instructions
Add whisked egg yolks & sugar in a bowl (medium size) to beat mixture until it changes its color into light yellow or lemon color. This procedure might take 1 minute or so.
Heat up cream and 1 cup of buttermilk in a saucepan on low heat or less than medium heat. Stir it for 6 – 8 minutes but take care milk shouldn’t be boiled.
